How do I pay my bill?

Call 801.709.5058 to make a payment by phone Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

 

Online at https://billing.sliutah.com/crm. This can be by Credit or Debit card, or by ACH with your bank account.

 

You can pay through Venmo by sending it to @silverlakeinternet. Please be sure to make it private and add your full name in the note so we can apply it to the correct account.


SLI no longer accpets checks of any kind, which includes checks mailed by your bank as part of billpay. All checks will be returned to sender. You are also welcome to make a cash payment at Valkyrie Signs at the following address:

What will happen if I don't pay my bill on time?

You have a five (5) day grace period after the due date to pay the bill without penalties. If your bill is still not paid after the grace period a $20 late fee will be added to the account and your service will be disconnected.


Are there any taxes or fees that go on top of the monthly price?

No! What you see is what you pay! $50 a month really is just $50 a month. No standard equipment rental fees.


What equipment will I need?

You will only need a wireless router. The modem will be provided by SLI. We recommend you purchase an AMPLIFI router for your home. You can lease a managed router with Wifi from SLI for $10/month.
